Shipping Methods and Options
We ship all orders to the forty eight contiguous United States via UPS, including all Standard Ground orders. In addition to shipping time, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order and 7-10 business days for overall delivery time when shipping UPS Standard Ground.

UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.

Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FOP Address
For tracing purposes, we ship orders via UPS only. Caranda Fine Foods cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time due to UPS limitations. UPS requires a street address for all deliveries. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders where the item description indicates shipment via UPS

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary based on weight, delivery method, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. If we incur increased costs for shipping and processing to certain addresses, an additional surcharge may be assessed.

Returns for Online Purchases
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Caranda Fine Foods, and we will gladly exchange or refund any unopened products that were purchased within 10 days of receipt. Generally, we do not cover the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Caranda Fine Foods or the cost of shipping replacement or exchanged items to you. We will gladly assist you with an exchange or refund of products. Please contact us by email at returns@carandafoods.com and we will help facilitate returns or exchanges.
